These terms and conditions apply to the Cadra app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cadra, Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read and understand these terms thoroughly before using the Application.

Intellectual Property Rights

Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any part thereof
  • Extracting the source code of the Application
  • Translating the Application into other languages
  • Creating derivative versions of the Application

Ownership

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Terms

Modifications and Pricing

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Application at any time
  • Charge for services at any time and for any reason
  • Any charges will be clearly communicated to you before implementation

Your Responsibilities

  • Security: Maintain the security of your device and access to the Application
  • Device Integrity: We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this could:
    • Expose your device to malware and security vulnerabilities
    • Cause the Application to malfunction or not work at all
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

The Application utilizes third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:

Authentication & User Management

  • Clerk - User authentication and session management

Infrastructure & Hosting

  • Vercel - Web application hosting
  • Neon - Database hosting

Communication

  • Resend - Email delivery service

Analytics & Monitoring

  • PostHog - Product analytics
  • Sentry - Error tracking and monitoring

Mobile Development

  • Expo - Mobile application framework

Service Limitations

Internet Connection

  • The Application requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
  • We are not responsible if the Application doesn't function at full capacity due to lack of internet access

Data Charges

When using the Application:

  • Your mobile network provider's agreement terms apply
  • You may incur data charges, including roaming charges when used outside your home territory
  • You accept responsibility for any such charges
  • If you're not the bill payer, we assume you have obtained permission

Device Requirements

  • You must ensure your device remains charged
  • We cannot be held responsible if you're unable to access the Service due to a dead battery

Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure the Application is updated and accurate:

  • We rely on third parties for some information
  • We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, from relying entirely on the Application's functionality
  • The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

Updates and Termination

Application Updates

  • We may update the Application periodically
  • System requirements may change over time
  • You agree to accept updates when offered
  • We don't guarantee compatibility with all operating system versions

Service Termination

We may cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:

  • All rights and licenses granted to you will end
  • You must stop using the Application
  • You must delete the Application from your device if necessary

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Please review this page regularly for any changes.
